KP Staffing is now hiring QC Inspectors and QA Specialists for various manufacturing companies around the Fort Worth, TX area.
These positions are for an Injection Molding facility that manufactures fiber optic cable connectors and medical products.
Schedule and Pay Rate:
1st Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM, Monday – Friday ( Molding Quality Inspector )
$17.00 – $19.00 Based on experience.
Mid Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday ( Molding Quality Control )
$22.00 – $30.00 Based on experience.
Job Duties
- Conduct incoming inspections per documented instructions using Micro-Vu vision system, calipers, micrometers or other devices.
- Generate quality advisement documentation and provide reports to QA Engineers or Supervisor.
- Generate emails to report findings and follow up with disposition of stock.
- Work with warehouse personnel to place components into stock after QA approval.
- Finding root causes for various issues.
- Help with process development.
- Analyzing data throughout the department.
- Involved with calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
- Responsible for day-to-day case management of quality, technical and complaint records,including intake, follow-up, investigation and system entry.
Key Skills Required
- Manufacturing experience, preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to read and understand detailed part and assembly prints.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
- Quality control experience.
- Quality Assurance experience.
- Micro-Vu or other measurement equipment experience is a plus.
- AutoCAD, Pro-E or SolidWorks experience is a plus.
