Description:As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will be the first associate to answer inbound phone calls. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Receives all answering machine messages and responds to customers.
Pull cards service cards (will train on specifics).
Take estimate leads.
Resolve customer concerns.
Service card filing (alongside all other associates).
Preparing door hanger envelopes/seasonal letters/water cup and inserts.
Filing closed accounts.
Assist fellow employees once all duties are completed.
