Duties Include:
Taking Incoming Calls in the Office
Taking Calls from Customers with questions
Calling Prospective clients to set appointments
Calling Customers to follow up on service
Calling Customers to set up appointments
Requirements:
Must be FLUENT in English & Spanish
Excellent Communication & Follow up Skills
Must have a pleasant voice on the phone
Moderate computer familiarity
High Energy & Positive Attitude
Extensive Hands on Training
