Join our Confidante Team as a Seasonal Pool Attendant. This candidate will be responsible to greeting all guest, towel assistance, provide guests with water, maintaining the look of our pool and backyard, passing amenities and assisting our guest with personal accommodations around the pool deck. This includes setting up and tearing down chairs and towels in the pool deck. In addition, the Pool Attendant may assist the pool servers with food running and bussing. This role is a front of the house position; therefore, we are looking for a candidate that possess great communication skills. We are looking for individuals that strive for excellence and are highly motivated team players. The ideal candidate will have prior Food & Beverage experience in a resort/hotel setting and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays is required and candidates must be able to work in outside conditions.
