As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the restaurant’s operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
– Assist the general manager in overseeing daily operations, including managing the front-of-house and back-of-house staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth service delivery
– Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the restaurant’s high standards
– Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food quality, presentation, and timing align with the restaurant’s standards
– Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations
– Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, increase guest satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience
– Maintain inventory levels, track expenses, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide ongoing training, and foster a positive work culture
– Assist in creating and updating menus, as well as executing special events and promotions
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute creative ideas to enhance the restaurant’s offerings
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a high-quality dining establishment
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both guests and staff members
– Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and labor control
– Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures
– A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
– Culinary knowledge or experience is a plus
