Chicheria MX Kitchen is looking for a full-time salaried FOH Restaurant Manager. The candidate must have bar manager or head bartender experience and enjoy working nights and weekends. We are looking for that team leader, someone who is very organized, who has a fast pace about them, and who wants to join us and work in an environment where you can have fun, and learn, and create a great environment for our guests.
Chicheria MX Kitchen FOH Manager position will be a salary position that comes with Benefits; paid vacation, and health insurance contributions. We are at The Works Upper West side . Great location, great guests, we love what we do here, come be a part of our team.
Salary: 50,000-60,000 depending on candidates’ experience
FOH Manager Job Description
- Be responsible for Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, etc
- Meets Chicheria MX Kitchen financial objectives
- Aid GM in reporting all necessary Information to accounting team
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
- Control costs and targets
- Weekly inventory and ordering of both beverage and paper products
- Weekly inventory and upkeep of all bar supplies and equipment
- Weekly scheduling of all team members
- Act as training coordinator and continuing educator for all staff
- Be responsible for everything in the beverage of the operations
FOH Manager Requirements
· Must have prior experience as a Bar Manager or lead bartender, as well as a strong FOH or lead manager
· Must be skilled in running a high-volume restaurant operation
· Must be skilled in running a beverage program
· Must be skilled in Bartending
· Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
· Must showcase great organizational skills.
· Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
- $500 signing bonus paid after completion of 4th week with the company.
Bonus package included in compensation.
