Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-Managing all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts which include on the spot decision making, supporting the staff, 100% interaction with the Guests’, ensuring that the Guest needs are our main focus while enforcing standards for personal performance
-Assess staffing needs
-Monitor purchasing
-Act as support system for all areas of the restaurant
-Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
-Maintain clean and safe restaurant at all times
-Ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality
-Managing and coaching the FOH and BOH management, coordinating and leading team meetings and attending company meetings
-Oversee all human resources matters in conjunction with the company’s HR Director with tasks involving recruitment, scheduling, on/off-boarding, progressive discipline, retention, and more
-Work with Marketing Manager to decide on strategies to effectively promote restaurant operations
-Cost control (COGS and labor), weekly and monthly data analyses, forecasting, and budgeting – all in tandem with the Bookkeeper, Director of Operations, and CEO
