– Training for the front of house teams.
– Uphold the highest level of DOH standards and safety.
– Maintain all company systems and policies.
– Take active responsibility for continually training FOH staff and hiring new staff who will be assets to the team
– Enforce all current labor laws
– Maintain our culture of hospitality
