MotLee’s is looking for a Shift Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality and food service, is self-motivated and organized, has great communication skills, and is able to create a positive work environment for all team members.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for assisting the GM in managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
Create and enforce a positive work environment by following operational policies and procedures.
Create and maintain a positive team relationship with the goal of producing excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience:
Previous manager experience in either quick service or fast casual restaurant.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
