We are looking for outstanding kitchen staff to work for our upcoming season at Hole 19 Scratch Kitchen + Bar. We are a very busy restaurant that services the Miami Springs Golf Course, the very spacious ballroom inside the country club as well as the community that surrounds it all. Chef Mark Grigsby is looking for skilled line cooks and kitchen staff to work the following stations:
Grill
Saute
Fryer
Pantry / appetizer
Prep
Dishwasher
I need passionate people who want to enjoy working and creating beautiful, tasty things. If you want to work, I will train you. This position is full time for up to 40 hours. Must work weekends and nights. Must have reliable transportation.
-Bartender, servers & bussers
We are looking for bartenders at Hole 19 Scratch Kitchen + Bar. We are a busy restaurant inside the Miami Springs Country Club that features scratch cocktails and craft beers. Nights, weekends and reliability are a must. We are looking for people who can keep up on the busy nights. Experience preferred, but not required. We will train you if you are willing to learn.
