THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
Maintain an upbeat, can-do attitude.
Develop positive relationships with store personnel and management.
Assists in maintaining visual presentation standards and ensuring the store is replenished at all times.
Be an expert on product knowledge by keeping current on all new collections as well as core product lines.
Ensure follow-through and completion of tasks, which contribute to the achievement of the store, company and personal goals.
Communicate client feedback, business trends and recommendations to the store management team.
Effectively promote all brand initiatives, build client database, gift cards and achieve all personal goals.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of specialty retail sales experience REQUIRED.
Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to be on your feet most of the day or moving on the sales floor or stock room.
Physical activities include bending, kneeling, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis.
