Responsibilities
Maintain store-appearance standards while keeping the merchandise organized and the sales floor stocked
Use Shopify point-of-sale system for processing payments, refunds, exchanges, and issuing gift cards
Greet guests upon entering store and engage them in meaningful conversations about the brand and products
Assist customers with finding appropriate styles and sizes
Participate in AETHER events and initiatives
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and adaptability
Technical fashion and/or design knowledge
Knowledge of ski and snowboard industries, cycling, motorcycles, and active apparel a plus
Excellent communication skills
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience a must
Location
Soho, New York – Full-time
Hayes Valley, San Francisco – Full-time
Los Angeles – Part-time and Full-time
