CRM Enrollment Analyst supports a cross-functional admissions team as well as senior level international business executives in conducting analysis, implementing key metric reporting, budget analysis, and trend analysis. The CRM Enrollment Analyst will also be responsible for helping to implement key strategic initiatives throughout the organization. Working under substantial latitude, you will manage and implement changes to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, analyze and review highly complex operational data and develop balanced scorecard, business performance forecasts and recommendations to senior management. You will also plan and support a broad range of assignments with responsibility for recommending and implementing change in methods and procedures as well as prepare interpretation of operating results and advise management of appropriate course of action. This is a Miami office based position with temporary remote work capability due to covid-19.
