General Summary:
At Dolce Vita, we are looking for Sales Coordinator who is organized, hard-working, self-motivated with strong communication skills to support our First Cost Sales team.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Sales Sample Management
Create and maintain customer line sheets
Work closely with sales & production team on order management
Weekly sales reporting and analysis
Management of order details & daily communication with customer
Strong knowledge of First Cost accounts process and vendor portals
Management and data entry into customers’ and internal systems
Support First Cost Sales, Design & Production teams on various projects
MUST BE:
Associate Degree in related field or equivalent experience
1-2+ years’ work experience in related field
VERY detail oriented, organized, proactive follow-up, and adaptable
Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Team oriented, able multiple tasks in fast a paced environment
