You must have a solid understanding of high end customer service. Previous salon/spa experience along with salon software experience helpful. This position requires a very quick mind, a great memory, lots of energy and enthusiasm. Attention to detail is a must, ability to multi-task as well as remain calm, graceful and friendly under pressure.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering multiple phone lines in a friendly, articulate and consistent manner.
Educating and selling products and services to clients.
Booking and coordinating appointments accurately.
Ability to work a flexible schedule INCLUDING – LATE evenings, when needed, and weekends.
Provide beverage service to guests – coffee, tea & water.
Opening/closing procedures.
Friendly and supportive attitude with great work ethic.
Must be pro-active, punctual, responsible, and highly organized.
Work well under pressure without getting frustrated.
The salon coordinator needs to represent the Sensia Studio, values, quality, passion and professionalism in all aspects of behavior.
Must work effectively in fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills. We are looking for a candidate with communication and people skills to inspire, inform, encourage and resolve issues and an open-mind to learning new skills.
