Position: Experienced Cook
Location: Skokie, IL (Office Building)
Schedule: Every Tuesday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (with flexibility for Thursdays)
Employment Type: Contractor
Responsibilities:
Set up cooking equipment including burners and plug-in griddles
Prepare customized breakfast items, especially omelettes, to order for approximately 25 staff members
Maintain a clean and organized cooking area
Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Provide advance notice for any necessary schedule changes
Requirements:
Previous experience cooking in fast-paced environments
Ability to multitask and think quickly on your feet
Excellent time management skills and punctuality
Strong communication skills and ability to engage in small talk
Reliable and trustworthy
Ability to adapt and problem-solve under pressure
