Responsibilities are but not limited to the following:
• Floors swept and mopped
• Dust furniture and other surfaces.
• Cabinet doors wiped down
• Clean microwave ovens.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs.
• Clean windows.
• Clean mirrors and glass.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Beds made and linens changed (upon request).
• sinks scrubbed.
• Baseboards wiped.
• Tub/shower cleaned.
• Dust picture frames.
• Dust blinds, sills and lock ledges.
• Clean, disinfect, and shine showers and tubs
Skills:
⁃ Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner
⁃ Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
⁃ Knowledge of custodial procedures and techniques
Responsibilities:
• Cleaning houses, condominiums, and
apartments
• Be able to work both independently and in a
‘team’ environment
• Be motivated, honest, hardworking, responsible, reliable, and have a willingness to learn
• Arrive on time, be able to introduce yourself to customers, and show pride in your work
Qualifications:
• Speak English bilingual would be a plus
• Have your own, reliable car
• Have a valid driver’s license
