Executive Assistant to Service, Installation & Delivery
Executive Assistant to Senior Management
Both positions are direct report and daily interaction with Senior Management. You are a position fast paced, positive, highly organized and focused key team member. You take charge, are determined and find answers.
Duties include general duties of an Executive Assistant such as top level problem solving, anticipating needs, answers directly to management and assists in any and all process completion needed.
Top level problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills and sense of urgency are required. Prefer bilingual Spanish experience.

Hours 8:30-5:30 M-F with some overtime necessary.
