We are a family owned business and a very friendly staff. We are an expanding restaurant, sales up 50% since current owners took over.
We cook to order, majority of items including sauces and seasonings made in house.
Wide and diverse menu from basic apps and fried food to signature entrees including fish, steak and lamb.
Must be comfortable in all stations (fry, sautee, grill etc)
Must be comfortable with scratch cooking and learning wide menu. Quick learner and be able to handle high volume shifts.
Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
Job requirements including, maintaining standards of cooking and cleanliness as laid out by ownership. Must be able to lead other members of kitchen team and ensure all members maintain required standards of work. Must be able to assist owners with prep organisation and inventory management.
Must be able to multitask, follow rules, organise and self manage time.
Cleanliness, attitude, work ethic are very important.
Must be reliable, show up and show up on time.
Production and plating of dishes must be consistent.
Must be able to keep an organised kitchen – labelling, prep lists etc
30 – 40 Hours Per Week
