Located in the heart of Thorton Park, The Stubborn Mule is a fast paced, exciting and energic place to work and dine.
Searching for high-volume experienced servers. We are a tip pooled restaurant and pride ourselves on team service/team work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Give great service to every and all guests
- Describe the menu the the guests thoroughly and accurately
- Be able to work well in a team service environment
- Have basic bar knowledge and be able to confidently walk tables through our craft cocktail menu
- Understand coursing and table numbers to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Be able to complete all running and closing sidework in a timely manner
- Be on time
