Hotto Hotto Ramen & Teppanyaki is a family owned and operated restaurant that was established in 2019 at The Beacon Atlanta in the Grant Park Neighborhood. The restaurant is a casual neighborhood spot serving delicious Ramen noodles and other Asian favorites with indoor and outdoor seating and bar.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Server Assistant to join our team. The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests by assisting Servers, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
– Assist servers in setting up tables, ensuring they are properly set and equipped with necessary utensils and condiments.
– Refill water glasses and ensure that guests’ needs are attended to promptly.
– Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are clean and ready for the next guest.
– Assist servers in delivering food and drinks to tables.
– Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
– Help maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies.
– Assist in taking reservations and managing the waitlist during peak dining hours.
– Uphold our company’s high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
– Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create a positive and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Customer-focused with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
– Willingness to learn and follow directions.
– Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
– Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
– Lift and carry trays of food and beverages as necessary.
– Ability to bend, stoop, and reach in a restaurant environment.
