Server – Battle and Brew at The Battery Full Time

Battle & Brew is now hiring for an experienced servers for our new location at The Battery. We are looking for energetic people who love all things geek and gaming. We are looking for full time and part time roles, with ideal candidates having open availability for shifts.

Position Overview: Your job requires you to be energetic, friendly, and positive at all times. It is absolutely essential you maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy while serving our guests. As a server of Battle and Brew, you are a public relations representative of our company because of the many guests that you come in contact with. You are in continuous public view. Therefore, your behavior should be at all times that of genuine hospitality.

• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
• Welcoming and greeting all guests in a timely manner
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Delivering food and drinks in timely manner
• Accurately take each guests orders, offering menu suggestions when asked, and able to answer basic questions concerning allergies.
• Processing all guest checks accurately and quickly.
• Pre-buss tables throughout the meal for guest satisfaction and ease of table turning.
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned by management.

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

• Prior experience in a high volume full service restaurant
• Ability to obtain a county alcohol permit
• Ability to communicate with guests and team members in a professional polite manner.
• Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Perform basic physical duties such as walking, lifting, and handling of materials.
• Must be minimum of 18 years of age at the time of being hired.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $40.00 per hour
