Benny’s pays Servers one of the highest base hourly base when compared to most restaurants and does not require its servers share in a tip out. Servers deliver a quality Seafood dining experience at affordable prices. Our Servers have upbeat energy, are hospitality driven, friendly to guests, and maintain high sanitation standards.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
18 Years or Older
Previous experience preferred
Punctual and Reliable attendance
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
well-groomed and professionally dressed
able to work in standing and moving position for extended periods of time
