-Experience in a fast paced/high volume restaurant
-Must have at least 3 years experience in fine dining restaurant
-Attention to detail
-Clean work habits and personal grooming

-Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

-Flexible schedule: weekdays, nights, weekends, holidays
