Bamboo (bamboohouse-sxm.com) features award winning Sushi, craft cocktails, and great steaks. We are seeking several SERVERS & BARTENDERS to work for the season or longer if you wish. Minimum commitment is 4 months. Season starts November 1 We will provide air fare plus housing or a housing subsidy. Server candidates must have a working knowledge of wine and must have at least 4 years experience working in full service restaurants. Bartenders must have an enthusiastic personality and at least 4 years of serious bartending.
