We’re looking for solid and reliable SERVERS to join our team.
We are a HOSPITALITY DRIVEN and artist collective and a new local favorite. With live music and cultural entertainment paired with our exquisite food & beverage programming we are trending and quickly becoming an intimate cheers bar for many in Bushwick!
Candidates must be driven and passionate about hospitality with excellent attention to detail. Posses strong salesmanship with the ability to charm our guests and up-sell. Must be comfortable with tray service and able to bus tables quickly. Classic cocktail, wine, beer & spirit knowledge is a plus.
Servers make very good tips plus hourly. Must be a team player who is comfortable providing warm polished service in a fast paced environment. All employees must be fully vaccinated and willing to obtain NYC Food Handlers certification.
Requirements & Eligibility:
– strong knowledge of Pan-American, Mexican cuisine
– strong knowledge of Mezcal, Tequila, classic cocktails, craft beer, wine & spirits
– must be present and ready to greet and care for our guests at all times
– ability to read the room maintain a hospitable presence
– NYC Food Handler’s Certified
– run food, package online orders
– maintaining cleanliness of bar/ tables
– clearing & resetting bar/ tables for new guests
We are a small collective who go above and beyond ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable experience. New members must maintain the same work ethic with excellent time management skills ready to join our dedicated team. MUST have a positive attitude, a clear sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
