The Shift Leader works in the safe house during the assigned shift to maintain a safe healing environment for residents and provide consistent operations by upholding the program model and resident guidelines. The successful applicant will maintain strong leadership in any situation, including conflict resolution, crisis response and handling difficult relational dynamics. This person will communicate effectively with residents and hold them accountable as they progress through the program and learn successful life skills. Knowledge of addict behaviors and trauma is helpful. Familiarity with 12-step or similar healing and recovery program (e.g. Celebrate Recovery) is desired. Must be able to work holidays, overnight, and weekend shifts. Shift is Tuesday 4pm – Wednesday 8am and Thursday 4pm to Friday 8am = 32hrs Applications will be accepted until position is filled.
