Client Services Associate

Schedule: 12:30PM-9:00PM (M-F)

In this position, you will be responsible for performing client-oriented telephone activities, responding to colleagues and client’s emails, troubleshooting Internet Banking set-ups, applying Rate Pointers, distributing Company-wide FYI’s, as well as various other ancillary duties.

Primary responsibilities include:

Answers a high volume of phone calls and responds to emails from clients and Private Client Groups regarding clients’ accounts
Sends company distributed FYI’s
Performs account duties including E-statements, FIS Debit Card Alerts, linking accounts for internal transfers, Signet password resets, stop payments and bill payment increases
Reviews client account documentation and ensures information is correct and documentation satisfies security and compliance protocols
Processes e-reports as needed
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience with financial services products & platforms required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Experience with Internet Banking, business accounts and client documentation is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
Customer service oriented
Effective oral, written and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational and time management skills
