Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the gaming floor, ensuring smooth gameplay and adherence to regulations.
Manage and support a team of hosts and dealers, fostering a positive work environment.
Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving inquiries and disputes with professionalism.
Monitor game performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the member experience.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement initiatives for profitability and growth.
