Cecile Bakery+ Café in Miami, FL is looking for one sous chef to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 5744 Sunset Dr. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
Train and develop chefs to company standards
Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly
Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards
Maintain labor cost and food cost upholds business standards
Qualifications
strong knowledge on breakfast and brunch
Experience working as a sous chef or chef
High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
