Full time Sous Chef
Must have experience running a fast paced kitchen and managing a team.
Must have grill and saute experience. Do not apply unless you can manage these stations in a fast pace.
Compensation can be offered as hourly or salaried and will be Extremely competitive. We are NOT looking for 50+ hour work weeks and offer a more balanced schedule with as many as 3 days off a week.
Paid time off at 1 year anniversary of hire date.

Our team has many years of experience and SHARE the everyday responsibilities from ordering, menu development, management and service.
