The ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years’ experience as a Prep Cook or Line Cook in a well-rated restaurant
- Passion for high-quality ingredients and exceptional service
- Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
- Experience working with French, Mediterranean, and/or European cuisine
- A strong desire to learn and grow
