Florida Connections Academy is seeking temporary State Testing Examiners in Miami, Florida to help administer various standardized assessments. Examiners will be responsible for supervising testing and following established guidelines and test security procedures. Examiners are also needed for all regions of the state. The ideal candidate will be flexible during our testing windows and will be available to work on an as-needed basis.

The State Testing Examiner will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks:
Complete required training on test security and administration;
Administer or proctor testing to a small group of students;
Assist with proctoring tests to a large group of students;
Ensure all testing security measures are followed accurately;
Monitor test environment conditions and keep them within established guidelines;
Maintain provided supplies and materials;
Set up tables, chairs, and computer lab;
Provide and maintain a safe and orderly testing environment; and
Other duties as assigned
Documentation of completed Level 2 fingerprinting clearance in the state of Florida required
Additional Requirements
Ability to work from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Florida teaching certificate with ESE certification preferred
Prior experience proctoring standardized testing preferred
Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours per day
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to read provided test instructions to student
