Bullseye Glass Co., an international art glass manufacturer, seeks a fulltime Store Manager for its Resource Center in Mamaroneck, New York. The Store Manager will be responsible for operation of the Resource Center, which is both a retail store offering art-glass supplies and a teaching studio helping customers to work with the products. The Store Manager must be a well-rounded individual who is interested in sales, art, and education and who has skills in supervision, management, and customer service. They will spend a large percentage of time interacting with customers on the retail floor.
Qualified candidates will have a background in art, at least 5 years’ experience in supervision and 3 years in retail sales, a general business background, a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, proficiency in retail software, excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to create a positive, sales-oriented environment.
