The Challenge

Take-Two is looking for an organized, enthusiastic individual to assist with the day-to-day customer service administration across our sales department. This person will work with our sales team and customers, serving a key role within our organization.

What You’ll Take On

Manage the complete return cycle for all Take 2 customers – get authorization for return, communicate with customer return policy, work with warehouses to insure completion of returns as well as address and resolve all discrepancies and expired returns. Be proactive in working with customers before return expires. Coordinate the controls around returns to comply with Sox.
Support to the sales department for tracking orders, order entry, processing reports, filing of all orders, credits, price protections, etc.
Coordinate and announce all price protections internally as well as to customers. Process the entire cycle for price protection from advanced pricing set up, to order entry in JDE, to entry on price protection logs. Be proactive in working with sales staff and customers to confirm all paperwork is received and approved prior to the program’s cancel date. Coordinate the controls around price protection to comply with Sox.
Advanced pricing – handle all advanced pricing set up for all Take 2 existing and new accounts. Coordinate the controls around advanced pricing to comply with Sox
Month end invoice processing.
Generate necessary analysis and reporting to management, including quarter end pod reporting, and new release reporting.
Assist in various special projects.
What You Bring

Excellent organization and prioritization skills and flexibility with a wide variety of constantly changing tasks.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to follow through and pay attention to details.
Self-motivated worker and a team player with the ability to work successfully with minimum supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Strong JDE software experience requested.
