Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Team Assistant to join our team of professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.
Overview:
The Team Assistant assumes responsibility for supporting the Team Director and interdisciplinary team members; acting as a liaison between field staff and the Team Director. Responsible for maintaining the open charts according to accepted standards and organizational policy.
Qualifications:
At least one-year previous clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting or equivalent.
Computer skills.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of medical terminology.
Demonstrates an ability to work closely with a variety of people while effectively using problem- solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated commitment to Seasons Hospice’s philosophy of care, values, mission statement and organizational culture.
