Temp Worker Temporary

Overview:City National Bank is looking for a Recruiting Temp to join our team. The Temp will support the recruitment activities as follows:
Screening and sourcing profiles as per the desired requirements
Well versed in handling Job Portals like: iCIMS, Job boards, Linkedin etc
Cold Calling (potential candidates & active job seekers)
Interview co-ordination
Follow-up/co-ordination with potential candidates
Assisting Talent Acquisition Officer(s) on pre-employment process
Maintaining database
Qualifications:2+ years’ experience in a recruiting and/or sourcing role
Working knowledge of Excel and MS Office
Strong customer service experience
Ability to organize and work independently to deliver tasks and projects within prescribed deadlines
Strong organization and planning skills
Excellent attention to detail
Customer service oriented
Strong communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to manage and action multiple priorities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Education:Working towards completion of a University or College diploma in Human Resources
