The Asian Studies Program Department is currently seeking a Temporary Program Assistant to join their team of professionals. Duties include:

Responsible for assisting with the editing of our annual peer-reviewed journal, the Japan Studies Review, and proofreading various
academic reports in addition to the Asian Studies Newsletter and Website as well as our social media outlets. Also, assisting with the
continuous flow of communications regarding the office, including with faculty and undergraduate students, and assisting the Program
Director with research assignments leading to publications

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or appropriate experience.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and five (5) years of office or related experience providing administrative support, or coordinating functions of an office or department.
Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

$12.00 an hour
