Ability to problem solve independently
Calculate parking amount due from customer
Collect validations and payment from customers
Operate cash register and maintain strict cash controls
Interpersonal skills necessary to successfully handle difficult customer situations in a positive manner
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 19 years old
1 year cashier/customer service experience
Professional communication skills
Ability to work weekends
Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for long periods of time
Interpersonal skills necessary to successfully handle difficult customer situations in a positive manner
