The Corcoran Group is looking for a Client Concierge to join our Lead Generation team. The Client Concierge will be the first point of contact for buyer, seller and rental inquiries received thru our general lead channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
The Client Concierge will work closely with the CRM Manager and Coordinators on all lead vetting initiatives. Primary responsibilities will be responding to customer inquiries, cold calling/emailing/messaging, testing and contributing towards vetting procedures, leads handoff, tracking, and follow-up, CRM administration, and liaison between leads and agents.
This is a remote, temporary position expected to last approximately 3 months. Provided lead conversion metrics show a measurable improvement, we will convert this role to a full time eligible for benefits position. The hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:Validating potential customers through outbound calls, emails and messages
Documenting customer requirements by logging them clearly in customer relationship management(CRM) database in preparation for customer handoff to real estate agent
Determine appropriate nurture course for each potential customer in CRM
Follow-up with potential customers post-handoff
Maintain effective contact with top-of-the-funnel customers
Required Qualifications:NYS Real Estate Salesperson License
1-3 years of experience working in a customer service role
Superior phone skills with the ability to relate to a customer in a professional and courteous manner
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organization skills
Incredible attention to detail and follow-up skills
Ability to prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
Preferred qualifications:Basic understanding of real estate transactions and their stages (sides of the deal, splits)
Interest in a sales-oriented and ROI-driven environment
Comfortable and familiar with Corcoran’s core regions and our neighborhoods
Prior experience working with data collection software
