5+ years of progressive experience in the back of house with 3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury full-service hotels or Clubs
Sous Chef
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma required. 5+ years’ experience preferred. Apprenticeship program; college/technical school program in Culinary arts.
