Tootsies Cabaret is looking for a kitchen supervisor for our gentleman’s club. We have a robust high volume restaurant that is seeking an experienced and professional individual who can work well under pressure. While supervising the kitchen you are expected to work the line as a cook or expediter.
Job responsibilities
*Assist Kitchen Manager with scheduling, ordering, and forecasting volume
*Work on the line as a cook or expediter
* Conduct weekly inventory and track costs of menu items.
* Audit coolers and identify supply shortages. Communicate with management and staff if/when items are running short
*Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food safety compliance
*Take in food, linen, and dry storage shipments and verify quantities match invoiced amount.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
-Three years kitchen management experience in full service & high volume restaurant
-Line cooks experience
-Expediter experience
-Flexible schedule
Line Cooks- you must have relevant experience and have food handler’s knowledge.
