Traffic Control Specialist
Four J Traffic Controls is currently seeking Certified Traffic Control Specialists with leadership qualities and training experience to perform highway and city right of way closures. The specialist will be responsible for setting up closures as per the TxDOT and City standards, taking lead on projects supported by a team, and performing positive training for new recruits.
Job Requirements
Must have Work Zone Traffic Control, Traffic Control Technician, or Traffic Control Supervisor certification
Must have a valid driving license and clear our MVR requirements
Must pass our Online Comprehensive Exam and SMITH Driving Course
Must be at least 24 years of age
Must be able to lift 70+ lbs multiple times daily
Shall be able to read and interpret traffic control plans
Minimum of 3-year experience working in Traffic Control
TxDOT ROW Experience
Must be Computer Literate and comply with all company requirements regarding documentation
