Unique opportunity for a dynamic manager to join our 12 year old , family owned restaurant RUBIROSA!
Perfect for someone who loves a balance of admin/office and the excitement of service
1/2 the week will be spent on site in the restaurant and 1/2 the week spent in our office
Liason between what needs to happen on the ”back-end: with service on the front-end
1/2 week in our office
– Strong HR foundation : Disciplinary, Payroll , Documentation , Comfortable Communicating with staff
– General office mgmt : scanning, filing, support , support A/R and accounting
– Website : maintain website in a timely fashion to keep current with holidays, hours, specials
– Marketing: a strong marketing or social media foundation is welcomed but not required
– Project based tasks ( manage different projects small and large related to the restaurant)
1/2 the week – in the restaurant as FOH mgr
General open / closing / service tasks to support the management team
