UPS is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide specialized and organizational support services to the Program Management team. He/she assists in the development of Business Review materials and leverages data obtained from a variety of sources. In addition, the Administrative Assistant prepares reports to include data manipulation, data validation/troubleshooting, data formatting and final version validation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Validates milestone/event data in various UPS systems
Prepares reports as per requirements
Knowledge and Skills
Possesses strong problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrates attention to detail
Displays effective verbal and written communication skills
Exhibits ability to analyze data; identifies and investigates anomalies
Demonstrates strong relationship-management skills
Displays active listening skills
Manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Able to maintain confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel
Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
