Job Overview: Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, from receiving shipments to fulfilling customer orders. Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Unloading: Accept and inspect incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document any discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Organize and manage warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate labeling, storage, and retrieval of products.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and correct delivery to customers.
• Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and manage outgoing shipments.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following company safety protocols and procedures.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless warehouse operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent work performance.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Equipment Operation: Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
