We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working production worker for our expanding operation. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
- Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Comprehensive utilization of scanners to read bar codes on products
- Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals

High school diploma or equivalent required
- Warehouse experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Reliable and punctual
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Critical thinking
- Problem solving
Schedule:
- Must be able to work between the hours of 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., M-F
- Must be available to work overtime
- Must be available to work Sunday when needed
Physical Demands:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing for long periods of time
- Climb up and down ladders
