Warehouse Associate – Tampa, FL Full Time

The Warehouse Associate will assist with all warehouse and material handling operations including receiving of inventory and accurately measuring, cutting and staging of tile, carpet, vinyl and other flooring products.

• Responsible for accurate measuring and cutting of flooring products and daily staging for all flooring products/materials including daily loading of subcontractor crews
• Ensure inventory record accuracy and optimal utilization of warehouse spaces
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of all incoming materials in warehouse and into Company’s inventory tracking system
• Carry out asset tagging and physical inventory counts on a regular basis.
• Ensure warehouse spaces are clean and properly organized
• Ability to adjust to a flexible daily work schedule
• Perform deliveries of material as needed
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised

Additional Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Experienced in inventory control procedures
• Basic computer knowledge
• Flooring industry experience a plus
• Knowledge of tile, carpet and vinyl installation a plus
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Ability to follow order specifications
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Must be able to pass drug test
• Must have reliable transportation
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
