Job Description:
As a Warehouse Associate at Caterpillar Inc., you will work from a variety of source documents to verify part numbers, part locations and quantities. In addition to counting parts and filling orders, you will conduct first line, basic quality assessment of parts for damage and defects.
Shifts available:
Weekday 2nd Shift – Monday – Friday 2:30pm – 11:00pm
Weekday 3rd Shift – Sunday night – Friday morning 10:30pm – 7:00am
Compensation and Benefits:
* $17.40/hr for weekday 2nd and 3rd shifts ($16.65/hr with $.75 shift differential)

- Operating heavy equipment including sit down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and overhead hoists
- Perform material handling and warehousing functions such as unloading, sorting, putting away, picking, packing and shipping parts, materials and supplies
- Operates electronic hardware/RF units
- Good attendance record and ability to work OT when required
- Consistent usage of required PPE for task being performed
- The ability to properly perform quality checks
Basic Qualifications:•Candidates must be 18 years or older
•Willing and able to be trained on heavy equipment including sit down forklifts, reach trucks and order pickers and overhead hoists
•Adhere to all facility safety policies and procedures
- Frequently bending, reaching, climbing, walking and squatting while performing job tasks
Desired Qualifications:
•Previous warehouse work experience
•Previous experience with mobile equipment operation
•RF utilization experience
•Positive attitude
•Ability to work with a team environment
•Willingness to learn new processes
