SHIFT: Monday to Friday 10a – 630p with alternating Saturdays 8a-430p
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the safe, efficient and responsible operation of Refresco in its mission to produce safe and legal products.
Initiate and record actions to support the Food Safety Management System
Ensure that all Purchase Orders are received in and entered into the system.
Sign in incoming truck drivers, obtain a pickup number, trailer number, and other information.
Assign pickup/delivery station (dock doors). Receive raw materials and physically verify all paperwork is correct versus incoming materials. Resolve any discrepancies between paperwork and product received.
Check for valid certificates of analysis and compare to labels on product. Manage the palletization process for all incoming orders.
Perform daily inventory counts of raw materials and finished goods. (end of run)
Enter all information SAP system for deliveries and shipments.
Ensure complete and accurate paperwork before signing driver out by physically verifying all paperwork is correct versus outbound shipments.
Distribute bills of lading as necessary.
Complete pallet reports, tracking incoming and outgoing inventories for all customers.
Track total cases shipped per day.
